> **Nachteile**: This used to be Monster Commerce and then it was sold to Network Solutions.  Then, Web.com bought it.  Customer Service was always a problem.  Once, they transitioned to a new platform which abruptly switch to XML format to be able to print out Mailing Labels.  The XML was written very poorly.  Many customers had difficulty printing out our mailing labels.  &#10;&#10;I had to write my own Excel Macro  to be able to deal with Network Solutions XML.&#10;&#10;They also made the transition MANDATORY.  Some businesses were crippled.  After receiving law suit threats and nasty phone calls from customers, they made the transition elective.&#10;&#10;They did NOT make the SSL transition very smooth at all.  They bungled up my www.website.com and website.com redirect so as to lose customers.&#10;&#10;They advertised a periodic billing program that worked for a while.  I transitioned to this.  And this worked for several years.&#10;&#10;Then, the periodic billing program did NOT work.   Customer Service could not fix it.  I called them for months.  Finally, I concluded that they could not fix it.  I billed my periodic customers manually.&#10;&#10;All in all, after the transition from Monster Commerce to Web.com, investment has stopped and the software is in funk.

> **Nachteile**: Este modelo es más para testear al inicio, pero si eres una empresa ya consolidada, no recomiendo mucho esta opción. Ya que utilizaría otro tipo de plataformas más conocidas y potentes para el soporte de muchos productos. Y las orientaría a medio largo plazo haciendo SEO en estas webs.

> **Vorteile**: I liked that it was included and integrated with Shopkeep but we have encountered a couple of  basic obstacles in using ecommerce.

> **Nachteile**: The first is, though, it integrates with Shopkeep; the order of the product variants as entered into Shopkeep come out of order when they appear in ecommerce.  For example: If you want the first choice of the product  to be color and the second choice size on the website; then, you must enter color then size (reverse order) on shopkeep.  This may not be that big of a deal if you are entering products for the first time and you know to enter it in reverse order; but, we are having to reenter previously entered products so that the product variants will make sense on the website.  The second problem is like the first.  Within the product variants the options must be entered in reverse order in Shopkeep. Ifyou want the size variations to read in order from small, medium, large, xl; then, you must enter the sizes in Shopkeep in the order of xl, large, medium, small.  It's counterintuitive.&#10;One other problem  with using ecommerce is getting the correct corresponding picture to match the product variant selected.  For example: if you want to see the correct color of a shirt you must also select a size and fit before the correct color shirt picture will appear.
