Hamlin Tool & Machine has used DataLyzer SPC software for over 25 years

Kommentare: Hamlin utilizes the data to correlate with tool maintenance. The stamping tools are time-sensitive which equates to hits per stamping tool set-up. The statistical data helps justify tooling purchases (punches-buttons & form details). The easy of internally communicating the charted data through the e-mail option has been very helpful and documenting actions required to sustain or improve the process.

Vorteile:

SPC - real time / shop floor application is one of our primary databases which helps us predict / prevent quality problems from occurring. The SPC software is extremely user friendly. The automated alerts and e-mail options from the satellites allows for immediate feedback to all necessary departments. Also, the Uptime reliability of the network has been stellar.

SPC software Philips

Kommentare: DataLyzer is a key partner for Philips Healthcare. DataLyzer has implemented a SPC/OEE solution which is used to monitor the complete plant. The SPC and OEE solution collect data automatically from machines which saves a huge amount of time to monitor the plant within Manufacturing and analyze the data for Product and Process Development and to comply to FDA regulations.

Vorteile:

Complete solution for our process. We use it for real time SPC but also to do 100% tracking and tracing of all products. We use it for machine collection and but also for manual SPC

Novi Spring has been pleased with the product and appreciate the customer Service we receive.

Vorteile:

Novi Spring INC., currently use this system daily and appreciate that we have had many customizations that we requested and have been implemented with the help from John Hall and his team. When we have issues which is rarely the customer service is readily available and has met or exceeded our requests.

Nachteile:

Novi Spring has very few cons regarding the soft ware and program. If there is one con it would be the number of revisions/ updates that seem to of occurred but even this has been managed and seems to be streamlined recently.

SPC Software is a great product along with an excellent customer service

Kommentare: CEP Technologies is an ISO-TS16949 certified and the software has supported every requirement that was necessary to comply with the standard plus it helps the company to save money by monitoring the products more closely.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and it can be customized in different ways depending on what is needed. CEP Technologies uses it daily to monitor SPC and is currently very pleased with the results of using the product. Datalizer has provided an excellent customer service when requested which has made the use of the software a lot easier and convenient.
