Kommentare: I recommend you all the time! I love the library, being able to create and then manage all the webinars in one place. We have used it for so long, I'm not sure what else is out there that don't have the attributes that we get so I guess I don't know what isn't "normal". Thank you!

Vorteile: The organization and how it creates the event in EventCenter, The financial / registrant dashboard is awesome and how we can look at the registrants with the link. Inputting a new webinar is easy and nice that we can clone so we do not have to recreate every one. Also the discounts are easy to use (though I have had a couple do weird things and add other components). When we created our Elevate site, the developers were wonderful to match to our existing website so there was no question that it was a Michigan Chamber site. The help desk is what really really sells this though. Through the years with both Jennifers that helped us from when we first began in 2009 and now Eve and her team, I cannot praise your staff enough for all the work they have done. They are timely and very understanding when I just don't get things! I have had some weird stuff happen in the past month or two (a bad certificate and trying to create a single sign in) and everyone has been so patient. Oh .. and I can't forget Rita. We had some billing concerns and problems, but not only was she patient and listened and explained when I didn't understand, so shout out to her also. I think with some of my "wishes" you will see below what keeps us is your wonderful staff!!

Nachteile: My WISH list. Reports. The reports are hard to navigate. I have to keep a note on how to run survey results. Again, maybe this is due to my knowledge, but I would think there would be an easier way to run reports. I wish there was a place for a picture for each webinar. We catergorize our into HR, EHS, etc., and often display with an image so the registrants can easily tell if it is approved for certain certification credits. User interface could be easier. I have many people create an account and it does not tell them if it was or not so they create another. (this is also due to the password not being strong enough). Some of my attendees are not good with computers and I think that process could be made MUCH easier for that reason. Some people get scared away just from the whole logging in and 'not worth it , it is too complicated". I'm not sure what other options they should be .. but I always feel like there can be more. I know you are updating all the time. Another suggestions, and maybe there are these courses and I just don't know, but lunch and learns, or webinars on how to do different things or on new enhancements. Some other programs I use do have them and they are invaluable!

A well-designed platform for webcast hosting & streaming, Elevate does most of what we want it to.

Kommentare: Makes managing our 60-some individual webcasts/segments much easier. It is simpler than many systems, which is great for our membership, who skew heavily into the "what on earth is a webcast?" demographic. Good control over most aspects, nice formats and clean lines. Appreciate the customer support team as well, almost always are very prompt and helpful.

Vorteile: Overall, a great product. Easy to setup/edit the site/pages, organize your webcasts into groups and pages, create discount codes and manage user profiles. Email templates are offered, but very simple to customize as well. Wizard-like system to create your products is easy to follow, and the reports are sufficient for our needs. Features like "Just for You" and "Featured" widgets are helpful in customizing each user's experience when they are logged in.

Nachteile: Somewhat challenging to navigate the credits/testing modules, especially when trying to see if they have completed certain segments. We've had some issues with the system not allowing a user to move on despite having completed enough of the current section, and recently had some missing test scores (auto-send of test results to our staff only seems to work some of the time, requiring a manual check every few days). A few other irritating quirks, like I don't like how it always defaults to sort products by newest to oldest (we'd prefer A to Z as the default, or ability to change the default). Also wish we could figure out a way to package a book (to be shipped by us) with a webcast (for immediate access), but haven't found a way to do so efficiently yet.

A great product for association learning management and amazingly responsive company.

Kommentare: We gained a fully integrated product that delivers our asynchronous, synchronous and virtual conference experiences. The CommPartners suite of products including Elevate meet the association industry needs and continues to adapt with changes in the continued education industry. They are highly committed to extending the dialogue and pushing the field, which makes them a true partner and not simply a vendor.

Vorteile: The support and forward thinking of the company translates into the Elevate platform. As changes come to the industry and design requests are submitted by association partners, the system adapts and rolls out these features to all. They are committed to this dialogue with their customers and that strengthens the product for all involved. Their integration with their own webinar system and with Higher Logic make this a powerful tool for delivering learning.

Nachteile: The software works for the basic needs of delivering online learning. There are integrations that are still to come and there are always small quirks to work through and work out of the system, but nothing critical to its efficient use.

Vorteile: Very easy for customization and customer services is amazing. We have been able to customize the software for our company needs.

Nachteile: I need to be able to register others via admin profile. It's a pain to log in and out. Also, with the API when a user times out, it sometimes will double register them in our AMS but reflects only 1 reg in elevate. There were some issues with required custom questions, but it did get resolved. Custom questions: also would be nice if they didn't export into one field for reporting purposes. i.e. each answer in a separate column. Also would be nice if we had the ability to edit recordings - I have the software to do so. I know some clients may not. Also we would like the ability to add a CC email to confirmation emails so we know each time someone registers. It would be nice to have this option available for specific products if we wanted.

Vorteile: Navigating Elevate is user friendly on both the admin side and user side. Online education has become a major part of our organization' s success. Thanks to the variety of features in Elevate, we have created an optimal online learning environment for our members that is ever-changing. Every single staff member I have worked with at CommPartners has gone above and beyond to help develop the best LMS for our organization, whether it's troubleshooting an issue on the back-end or planning ahead for a new feature to improve our site. I highly recommend this LMS to any organization as it is visually appealing, intuitive, and as a bonus, it is a pleasure to work with CommPartners.

Nachteile: There aren't many cons to Elevate. A few things I'd like to see in the future are customizable certificates, the ability to hide an mp3 on a product until a certain release date, and adding a speaker before the component is ready. All minor things that I'm sure we will be seeing in the future.
