Kommentare: Buy this product--Use this product--Customize this product. I am a "raving fan."!
Vorteile: As a trainer and a coach, I have used many 360 products over the years. I have often wanted to "tweak" their ideas but could not, given the way those other products were designed. With LeaderNation, I could do this--WOW--it was wonderful. It was incredible to think of one's own competencies and then "massage" their pre-determined categories to truly customize the experience! This product is superb. I would recommend it to all-both novice and experienced. The customer support was an awesome experience. I was helped with whatever my concerns or issues were and each time I learned more about the product and how to truly get the most out of it. I would absolutely use it again without hesitation.
Nachteile: Any time I had a slight issue, which I thought was going to be a "con" I called and they helped me. There are NO cons! Use this product! I do welcome the norming and that will come when the product is more mature. I would like to be able to see realiability and validity of questions, for example. I am sure this will happen.

LeaderNation tools are an asset to my consulting practice
Kommentare: Today it is easy to be overwhelmed by the choices available for 360 tools, but one of the most important elements in my mind is the ability to ensure leaders that the system has integrity and is backed by a professional who understands leadership development to the fullest. This system has been well thought out and refined to make the most discerning organization leader comfortable with the process.
Vorteile: This 360 Feedback tool for leaders has a smooth interface and well written competency library. One of the best features of the system is a sliding scale response button that feels more intuitive than the traditional forced response buttons. My clients are not familiar with 360 tools but found this survey to be quite user friendly. The phone support increased my confidence in the initial planning phases and make this an excellent option for even the technologically challenged consultant.
Nachteile: Currently it is possible to import data into Excel and create graphs, but I am hopeful that as the tool is developed they will add graph tools that make this a little easier.

Kommentare: Great support from Yaron and Joaquin. I will use the product again now that I am so familiar with it. I will count on Yaron and Joaquin's expert opinion in 360 implementation.
Vorteile: The LeaderNation 360 is easy to use. Its simplicity focuses the user to concentrate on the content of the feedback.
Nachteile: There was a workaround for anonymous feedback. Hopefully, in the future, there will not be workarounds but a robust feature set that accommodates most scenarios.

Anonymity workaround has been fixed. Thank you Growth at Work for being an early adopter in 2010. Currently LeaderNation allows rater groups to be set as anonymous, which is a setting that releases 360 data into the focal leader's report only when a minimum of 3 raters complete surveys. For example, if the rater group "direct reports" is set as anonymous, the 360 report will only display the results of this group once at least three direct reports complete surveys. Otherwise, the on-demand report will read "pending" in this rater group category. Remember, LeaderNation 360s are always confidential in that rater names are never associated with their qualitative or quantitative feedback. Always available, on-demand 360 reports is one of LeaderNation's product features.

LeaderNation 360 is one stop shopping for all my 360 evaluation needs.
Kommentare: I would highly recommend LeaderNation to consultants and managers alike that are intersted in setting up an easy to use high quality 360 evaluation program.
Vorteile: The competency library is excellent and the online set up is a snap. The report print out is very useful when sitting down with clients as it has all competency definitions listed, average scores of all the participants, and qualitative comments from users which provide rich context while coaching. The end of the print out has goal setting materials which is very effective at laying out a roadmap for performance enhancement. I've seen just how effective the tool is in raising awareness in people about their overall leadership characteristics, and how slight changes in their approach have led to higher bottom line profits.
Nachteile: Getting all the users on the same page was a bit of a challenge, but once I set a detailed email with instructions to all the participants everything fell in line.

LeaderNation for Leadership Development
Kommentare: If you are looking for a system that combines great data and leadership knowledge with an incredibly easy to use system than LeaderNation is for you.
Easy to use system for participants and raters. Implementation was super easy and reporting is straightforward and clear.
All this resulted in higher participation then previous 360s with other systems.
Great team to work with on all aspects of the 260.
Nachteile: Not as big a library or comparison data as some of the larger 360 providers, but the system more than compensates for that.
