Kommentare: Over all, I would give them a 9 out of 10. The software is very good, easy to use, and their staff was great to work with.

Vorteile: Their tools are very flexible and they were able to integrate all our telecom and network applications - CMS, Open view, and remedy help desk.

Nachteile: Its not cheap, but compared to their competition, they had the best pricing.

Worth every penny!
