Review of Dynacom ERP, Version 11
Kommentare: Great product... great company. Buy it - Use it - Love it!
Vorteile: Great ERP solution built on Microsoft's .NET platform and powered by Microsoft SQL Server database. Installing Dynacom ERP was a snap... no glitches... and Dynacom tech support was always available to answer our questions. Excellent and easy to use menu interface.... has the feel of Quick Books, but, the power and sophistication of much more expensive ERP solutions, like SAP Business One. We have found Dynacom ERP to be very customizable, without expensive Developers, by using the Dynacom Synergy Customization Tool that comes with the product... very nice! For small and midsize companies that have outgrown Quick Books, but, can't afford or don't want the complexity of a big ERP solution from SAP or Oracle... Dynacom ERP is perfect... affordable... easy to deploy... Windows-based... and as your company grows it is easy to then upgrade later to the SAP-like solutions. Our Dynacom Reseller was Crystal Ledger Business Solutions - www.crystalledger.com. Great job!
Nachteile: Requires a 3rd-party payroll solution. There are many available that have already been integrated with Dynacom ERP, however. We are using Paymate.

Why Dynacom ?
Kommentare: Dynacom is the best choice of software if you plan on growing your business, the software will grow and fill all of your demands, this will be the last software your business needs to get.
Vorteile: It is very clear that Dynocom takes care of the basics very well straight out of the box, it has a very strong estimate / work order / invoice / accounts recievable relationship. It is very easy to start making sales with the software. Once familiar with the basics ofthe software it is also very clear that the software can be personalized / customized to perform any business function that is needed, there is just about no limit to what the software can be made to do.
Nachteile: Lacking in basic tutorials ( if they are available they are tough to find ) how to create an estimate, how to convert to work order and invoice, how to create customer record, how to add an employee, how to add an item etc.. the help menu is a little too confusing for most of these basic functions.

Dynacom software and support is awsome
Great accounting solution at very low cost, the only one I know that can be customized to allow full management of a company activities.
Telephone support is awsome as promized even during free trial period.
Easy to use and learn for the en user
Monthly susbscription = very low fee

Nice software but that's it! Terrible customer service
Kommentare: The software is very good. However once you start using their product you can not change. If you do you lose access to all of your previous data. Also they tend to change pricing and policies without notice. If you unsubscribe do not expect any return of phone calls or answers to e-mails. Throughout the 10 years I used their product I have had many database crashes, subscription problems (when their office is closed of course) and as of now lost all my information. There are virtually no accountants that have this software so you may end up having to pay their time to upload and install dynacom. use at your risk!
