The company seems more interested in cutting down the time to interact with its customers rather than giving the customer a solid product. Specifically, I am astonished by their complete objection to changing OUR call numbers in the software (which they have done for 4+ years now and promised to do in 2023) to merry up with the calendar year 2300001 etc. The only thing I can attribute this to is laziness and "streamlining" by some pencil-pushing workflow efficiency figurehead to boost profit and cut down on the number of employees. Just bad scenario for the small business who is invested, left with a decision to move on or stick it out. > > It has been good for several years (4+). My biggest gripe and reason for writing this review is to inform customers before they get locked into a company whose customer service is obviously going downhill.
