Nachteile:

cost is high compare to other competetiors at market. Process for enrolment is long and confusing that should be easy and user can setup initial things quickly. If your device got lost where you have installed this then there is process of deresgistering and then again follow the same process.

-Best in industry -Best way to get all notification on mobile for 2FA for external logins -Mobile app and ui is very very simple and registration is quite easy to understand and user friendly I have never use this kind of smooth and hassle free software.

Nachteile:

When we get notification and we accept the request from app then quite often time it didn't redirect properly hence request get failed which then requires 6 digit code to copy n paste from app again.

Vorteile:

I like how quietly it works, I nearly never have to use the auto-generated code in order to validate my credentials, I like how simple it is and the way this app displays a very useful menu in a little square.

Nachteile:

the app only gives you 30 seconds to copy the security code, when I change my passwords on my OS I also have to update the VIP access and go thru the validation process in order to receive the new code by phone call or SMS, instead of updating it automatically

Nachteile:

If you lose your device, the process to unlink the old device and then registering a new device can be tricky - but after following the helpful guides on their website, it was a breeze.

Kommentare: Earlier for accessing application which comes under intranet was not accessible - we have introduce with this approach which has 2FA and it was very easy job. We have achieved lot of things and remote access to many application internally. Those application doesn't have SSP enabled we can enable 2fa for this and we can secure our data seamlessly.

Vorteile:

Best mobile application and very easy for use for beginners as well as for non technical guys too. Mobile UI and accessibility is it five star service and we can relay on it fully. In our organization we can access intranet application using Symantec and which is best thing happened with us. It is very helpful and trustworthy.

Nachteile:

Process for registering credential ID at first time. It is bit confusing and user has to enter ID which is exist in application. Symantec should provide guide for this and it is very much needed.
