Kommentare: Overall, this is a nice portal to work with. Our staff like it because it is clean, easy to use and doesn't stray far from industry standards as it relates to other Provider Portals.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, basically like all other provider portals, clean looking website that is refreshing to use
Nachteile:
As it is with all Provider portals, getting support to contact you is a bit of a problem.
Aerial good for complex case management
Kommentare: Aerial does what it’s supposed to do for us but could benefit from adding some quality of life tweaks.
Vorteile:
Aerial granted me and my team the ability to build and share complex cases. What I like especially was how easy it is to securely add notes to each case and also send them for review.
Nachteile:
Once I learned how to use the software I had no issues, but when I first started using Aerial I though it was needlessly complicated. Even now, even something as simple as adding notes to a case (EX - the details of a call with a client) takes too many steps.
