> **Vorteile**: It is quite easy for anyone to use. Even if you aren’t familiar with it or you are having any difficulty in using it, there are videos for guidance. Training is also very easy. 

 You can also customize your performance appraisal to the needs of the organization. 

Cost is quite inexpensive. 

Software allows employee to be a part of the process, something which had been previously lacking in organizations in conduction performance evaluations.
