Kommentare: I enjoy Matrix as the hub of my business where all the house hunting happens.
Vorteile: I like the vast amounts of data I have access to for my clients, and also the different ways I can format my reports and searches through the system.
Nachteile: I wish Matrix was more mobile-friendly for when I need to look something up on the go without my computer. I also wish the CMA reports were more customizable.

Vorteile: Once the program is working correctly it is very easy to use. You can set up templates for lots of jobs
Nachteile: Very buggy and requires updating or the matrix team to fix things. Can sometimes crash for no reason.
