Quick Service by KJWTech is the best software for the money we have ever had. We love it.
Kommentare: We think QuickService is awesome and very fair on their pricing. We really enjoy the software. It does what they say it does and they are not trying to sell you something that does not work. In the past we have had multiple software packages that had bugs and even software companies that charged us to fix their own mistakes. Some companies outright lied to us faking that their software did certain things which after purchase it did not. QuickService has never done that. In the past we paid $26,000 for a software package that does not work as good as QuickService which is much less.
Vorteile:
Their inventory control and data storage is awesome, they call it "Part details". In our 30 years we have never had a software package that kept track of parts and stored the amount of detail for parts and supplies as QuickService does. We have a warehouse and truck inventory and this software keeps track of all of that. Many times techs will say they are out of something and we look and say it is in stock. Or a tech wants to order something and we look and it is on someone's truck. (Techs have the ability to look in the system also but they tend to look for an item physically.) We have grown to love and trust the software. We have had multiple other software packages and they all had bugs in them or because cost prohibative to use. QuickService is very fair and reasonable on their pricing for the software and for what you get out of it. You have to put good data into it but it pays off once you get your data installed. We love the software. As an owner I look forward to using it everyday.
Nachteile:
I have talked with the owner of QuickService about making a dedicated area for quoting and making the filters for adding parts to quotes. The filters that are available in part details need to be added to quoting and they are working on this now. Quoting in this software is easier than the last software we purchased but we would love to see this improve even more with a dedicated area to go to for all quotes rather than look them up by customers. Again, they are working on this.
