My Favorite Thing I Purchased In 2021

Vorteile:

Subhub has made it so easy to launch my podcast membership site. It has all of the needed features and then some. I have been able to build a functional easy to navigate site that I can grow into. Also, the customer service is top notch! Easily some of the best service I've ever received consistently.

Nachteile:

I don't have many dislikes. I would say the UI isn't sleek or clean. It takes some getting used to as we see services with a lot more ability to create a website that way. There are some additional integrations I'd like, but nothing major.

Kommentare: My experience with SubHub has been absolutely outstanding! [sensitive content hidden] was able to take our idea and design a beautiful website for it. She somehow truly understood what we wanted with very little direction from us. Everything we wanted is there, plus some amazing, perfect touches! The developers were able to make the modifications we wanted to give the website the functionality we needed. The actual product (the membership website) is organized well, looks good, works well, and is user friendly. I cannot speak high enough about how pleasant SubHub is to work with. [sensitive content hidden] is so delightful and approachable and very talented. Every communication we had with other SubHub employees was very positive. Much appreciation! :)

Nachteile:

This is challenging as we are so pleased! There are a couple of tiny things that we would like, or at least we think we would like...-Email All feature able to send photos-Photos able to be uploaded to the forum (or a page, by members, in addition to profile)That's all I can think of!

Easy to implement memberships but they need to implement a lot of features if they want to compete

Kommentare: Is a decent solution for a membership site but they need to implement more features. The online marketing world is constantly changing and they need to adapt.

Vorteile:

This a very easy to use software for membership sites. You can construct a site in a couple of days and start making money. The web page designer is implemented in the app and you can even link your domain name. The app is very organized and intuitive and the support is top notch. They reply in minutes and are very helpful

Nachteile:

They need to implement a lot more features. You can't sale courses in the store. They are part of the membership site. This is a little annoying because some clients just want one course, not be part of all the site, and they have to fill the form just to access the course and sometimes is overwhelming for them. Is buggy at times, you can't see the changes in the page inmeaditely. Other problem is with pdfs. They have a feature to protect the pdf from downloading, but the resolution is terrible and the site that encrypted the pdf has a fee. So if you want to embed 5 or more pdfs you will have to pay for that external service.

Vorteile:

The platform has a lot of features all integrated together which is fantastic.

Nachteile:

There are more features coming on the roadmap. Looking forward to having paid events built into the offerings.

I was able to learn how to apply everrything I knew I needed, fairly easily and effortlessly. The support team is GREAT! They answer questions quickly and professionally, so I can take the next steps myself.

Nachteile:

Knowing how to make things work for me was a bit of a learning curve (that continues!) - see the note about their support team.
