Lacking
Kommentare: Terrible communication with this company. There was a data breach recently and communication was terrible. I didn’t have access to my calendar/charts/records for one week and any appointments that were scheduled 3 days prior to the crash did not get saved once the server was back up. This lead to multiple double bookings over the next month. There was zero communication, sympathy or apologies from this company. As a user we still do not know what happened. It seems to have been just “brushed under the rug.” Customer service worsened once my company decided to leave medicfusion and utilize a different EHR. I have not had a response in over 2 months and have not been given my patient charts to upload into my new software. I have used this software for over 5 years. Very disappointing.

Overall this product is fairly cheap and easy to learn.

Too much clicking in the chart notes which does not make it feel smooth, very clunky

Kommentare: Overall it was a very promising system. It was complicated and not intuitive to use, but it was comprehensive and complete.
Vorteile:
It's very comprehensive and it's clear that there are very intelligent chiropractors who have put a lot into this design
Nachteile:
Unfortunately, within the first 6 months that we were with them five years ago they lost a month of patient SOAP notes in the cloud by not redundantly backing up data.
Good amount of bang for your buck

Customizable, easy to use, fair pricing, cloud-based, provides patient portal so patient can retrieve records, scheduling and billing is streamlined.
Nachteile:
Training took longer than anticipated, and customer service is less than desirable, customer service representatives sometimes don't call you back in a timely manner.
