Strong out of the box functionality for Pharma and Biotech Manufacturing
Vorteile:
The whole implementation experience with Werum was excellent. Usually vendors deliver a software package and the rest is handled by integrators. With Werum we received a guided approach using their industry proven FIT-BUILD-RUN implementation methodology and tailored content/templates. This was very important to us as we are in a heavily regulated industry. PAS-X itself is functionality complete, we did not need to customize the software.
Nachteile:
In comparison to similar solutions PAS-X is on the more expensive side. This is due to the fact that the company invests alot into testing their product as it is specifically designed for Pharmaceutical production.
An average application
Vorteile:
An application used for Manufacturing Execution System on Pharmaceutical industry and most importantly Food and Drug Authority compliant. Robust design and excellent data integrity.
Nachteile:
Very poor user interface and difficult to use. Complex structure. Non standardised screens. Still works on old technologies. Werum overall has poor support.

Vorteile:
The most important and likeable feature of PAS-X is its relevant and application to the entire manufacturing cycle of Biologics development and production which helps in digitizing the entire drug product life cycle leading to Industry 4.0 digital revolution
Nachteile:
I think the biggest drawback of this implementation is it cost w.r.t its competitors

Kommentare: It's best application for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology manufacturing processes. This app has some futuristic applications and has an interface that simplifies many of our day to day procedures.
Vorteile:
Automation in data collection: it avoids hassles of manual data collection that reduces lag time for performing any statistical analysis. Automation in data analysis: Data can be analysed in real-time that helps put predictive control on the Processes. Integrated process modelling Digital twins
Nachteile:
One time and annual license fee is very high.
