A difficult, poorly supported dental practice management software

Vorteile:

This software is your basic dental practice management software. You can schedule procedures, see all of the operatory's schedules, and get basic demographics pretty easily.

Nachteile:

This software doesn't work very well, and the support is really poor. It takes forever just to validate that you are allowed to call for support for a given dental practice. People aren't using Daisy that much anymore, and there's a reason. There's a lot of competition with better products out there.

Easy to use and powerful

Kommentare: It integrates well with patient's files and facilitates welcoming messages, Thankyou note as well reminder for payments. It is pretty an easy to use software especially for being super organised.

Vorteile:

This software uses latest technology to help dentists reduce overhead costs, enhance cash flow and streamline work flow. It integrates easily with imaging software and other digital equipments there by allowing dentist to focus more on practising rather than managing systems.

Nachteile:

It gets slow at times and needs time for customer service.

Overall easiest, cleanest, user friendly software that I have ever used!!

Kommentare: This software has one screen to access all areas in both front office and clinical been trained personally by the Daisy staff. I have trained other office staff and the transition is the smoothest and cleanest conversion than any other software... This is a truly amazing software program.
