Kommentare: PeoplePath are genuinely interested in the success of your program and will work with you to find a solution to a problem. Their customer service is very good and I have monthly calls with our Account Manager.
Vorteile:
- Integration with firm's CRM system. - Workflow function enabling easy automation of tasks and communications. - Ability to control content by audience. - Constantly evolving product - PeopleSoft provide many product updates, new functionality and improvements throughout the year.
Nachteile:
Bar a few minor issues, there is not any aspect of PeoplePath that I do not like. I have found that whenever I have raised serious concerns about a function or lacking functionality, they have been able to develop a solution or add to their product road map.
Great experience
Kommentare: We have had a very pleasant experience working with PeoplePath - from working with their client success managers to troubleshooting with their technical team and with Tony, we have always had a great experience working with PeoplePath to find solutions to issues.
Vorteile:
The outstanding customer service is what we like the most about working with PeoplePath. We had some misunderstanding before we migrated the platform from Consensus to PeoplePath, but all was resolved as Tony personally joined our calls to figure out the best way to support us. We are very happy with the way they handle crisis and resolve differences.
Nachteile:
The platform is still not 100% as there are glitches, but we understand as it's still under development and there are new features being added and old glitches being fixed all the time.
