Kommentare: I have been really impressed with the support provided by the AP team. If there is a system issue or something that I need help doing, the team rapidly get back to me and support me through each step of the process. They explain everything really well which means I develop a better understanding of the system and my confidence in using it increases. They are also all really friendly. Thank you!

Vorteile: Accessplanit has made our course administration run smoother. Time consuming tasks such as collating a register, liaising with delegates and manual processes have been removed, giving myself and my fellow colleagues time to focus on other more interesting projects at work.
The dashboard provides a great overview on booking numbers and other important info, and bulk editing participant lists, and the system sending out automatic certificates and surveys is fantastic and a real time saver.

Nachteile: I appreciate that Accessplanit is a course booking system however there are a few things that do frustrate me with the system. When a delegate searches on the system for courses, only ones with available dates will show. Whilst I understand the reasoning behind this, it means that the delegate misses out on seeing our full portfolio of courses, unless they were savvy enough to tick the small 'show courses with no dates' box.
We also currently run our own expression of interest list using (B)OS because there doesn't seem to be a sophisticated equivalent that we could use within AP. There is a waiting list for specific events but if a delegate can't make that date then there is no where to store their interest within the system.

Kommentare: Generally good - it has revolutionised our charity and the way it operates with increased automation.
Great customer service, personable.
Many of the teething problems we had around implementation have been resolved and a number of improvements have since been made for all customers in the back end

Vorteile: Great range of functionality with workflows, allowing for automation
Allows us to house our members and manage bookings within the same system.
Allows potential for discount schemes and e-learning that will facilitate our learning programme to grow.

Nachteile: Can be slower than other apps when internet bandwidth is below standard.
Shopping basket could be/look slightly slicker
Issue around user with 'individual' permissions not being able to book on behalf of others.
Issue around integration between paypal/API - sometimes reporting around invoices/transactions not correct in paypal.
