1. Allows you to make suggestions and they add a feature in to allow your suggestions to become reality
Nachteile:
That I have to give a review and everyone will know what a great pos system this is that my competitors might get it and be on the same platform as me which would make it easier for them as it is for me.
Outside Sales
Vorteile:
Looks sexy but I found it a little more difficult to navigate at times. It is intuitive and decisions are easier.
Nachteile:
Struggled with connectivity issues but not all the software's fault. Didn't get the outside app support I got with several of the others.
Great POS Program
Kommentare: Great experience. Buying a program is stressful with so many options. The staff at Lightning made it easy.
Vorteile:
Actually, I like the customer service the most. They are nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I can call and actually speak to a real person.
Nachteile:
Can't think of anything. I have not had any problems.

Convenience Lightning POS

Inventory control. We are able to truck how much inventory we have, how often it is sold(popularity), pricing ext.
Nachteile:
Internet dependency. Not compatibility to many apps that creates an extra cost to store owners

With any work-in-progress there are features that need improvement, but the software and hardware team are constantly adding fixes and improvements...

Lightening POS is most useful in my day to day operations in running sales, reports & inventory
Nachteile:
One downside is that it is internet hosted so when internet is out so is the retail system.
