Quickbooks is preferable, which is laughable given the price of this software. Its also extremely difficult to learn how to create and manipulate reports. Who wants to spend weeks in classes? Its not user friendly. Also, the invoices don't include billing periods which should be standard for any accounting software. We have to pay for an add on from Armanino which is not ideal. > > I would never implement Sage at another company. I can honestly say, there isn't much that I don't like about Sage Intacct. Maybe I'm fortunate (or just got lucky), but I can't recall experiencing a bug or issue with the product - which is not true for the other applications I have used. Updates are frequent enough, but not too frequent. I have been using Sage Intacct for 4 years and have yet had to log a single support ticket. When I have stumbled onto what could have been bugs or issues, I can usually find the solution/answer in the training materials or help database. Well done Sage team\! Well done\! > > I struggled with the concept of dimensions in Sage Intacct during the exploration phase with my integrator. After I came to understand that it was like magic happened. It changed the way I thought about the chart of accounts, transactions, reporting and how streamlined I could make the audit.
