Vorteile: I've used this from the perspective of an applicant. However, I also work for an organization that uses this software as well (though I've never worked in the backend).
Compared to other some other hiring software I've experienced and seen, I did like it for the most part. It's relatively intuitive.

Nachteile: The interface can be a little frustrating at times but for the most part everything is easy to use.
One of my personal pet peeves is that you have to re-type everything in your Resume out all over again in the many different forms, which is very time-consuming for job seekers. I am uncertain as to whether or not this is a developer choice or an organizational decision, however.

Kommentare: Overall my experience with HireTouch is good. Every time I use it, i have to familiarize myself with its functionality, but it seems to be a good system to manage the hiring and recruitment process from job creation to offer.

Vorteile: I use this product as a member of search committees and a position review committee where it was our role to review each applicant's resume and cover letter as well as any other information provided by the applicant. HireTouch provides an easy way to manage applicant materials. One of the pros is that you can download a file of all applicants applying for the position. The file includes all of the information provided by the applicant. The product can be used anywhere at any time on any device. All information can be reviewed on line or can be downloaded and printed out. In the review process, the job description is downloaded in the system and includes an approval process for appropriate administrators to provide their comments.

Nachteile: The product is not intuitive to learn and on the landing page where you would expect to be able to access all information provided by one applicant with one click, some of the information is located on different pages which results in inefficiencies.
