"Diana Rocks!"

Kommentare: We've use iGo360 to run our business and its great. Its easy to use. Diana did our training (took less than 2 hours to get us up to speed). She's awesome!

Vorteile: Easy to use and easy setup training

"I like the KPI report"

Kommentare: The Key Performance Indicator is a great snapshot of what's going on our club. Gives me visibility into failed payments, upcoming expiring memberships and overall club performance.

Vorteile: The KPI is really great. One glance tells me all I need to know. Support team is helpful when I need them

Nachteile: The member photo feature is great - we take member photos and the photo comes up each time they scan in. I wish the display box for the photo was a little bigger.

"Stay away. The people writing the software have ZERO gym ownership experience."

Kommentare: I wanted a software that I could use that would make my facility 24 hours. For whatever reason, I came across iGO360 and it seemed to meet my needs, or so I thought. Once I was in, I was more or less stuck. From day 1 I had trouble with the door and getting people in at night. Then it was trouble with the billing. Then getting people enrolled was a nightmare. If a rival gym opened up across town, I might recommend this software to them, but that's about it. Something as simple as putting a customer on hold for instance, still allows them to have access to the gym. They aren't paying for a membership because they are on hold, but if they come back in before the hold is up, the software has no problem letting them in for a workout sesh. If you are good about reviewing your logs everyday, on top of the other 1,000 things you do as a gym owner, you'll probably catch them. But, if you thought that a person on hold couldn't get in, you'd be in for quite a surprise like I was. In our old system, our credit card processing service turned us on to a credit card updating service that would update expired cards, newly issued cards, etc when they had an agreement in place with the bank. What a great service for an industry that is based on recurring payments processed off a credit card. Igo has ZERO intention of offering this service. ZERO! I called the Forte rep, got it all setup and was ready to rock, but noticed that I never got any updated information. I have had numerous occurrences where in the middle of the night, my door will stop letting people in. There's no way to know when it's happening, other than people will call me at 3am and say hey, I'm outside and the door won't let me in. We are unstaffed at night, which was why we went with iGo for 24 hour access for our customers, so it's very frustrating to my customers and to me. I've received answers such as my wifi is the problem, or Windows 10, or a 2' extension on a USB cable must be the problem. The problem you incur will always be something on your end, never their software.

Vorteile: When it works, it's pretty good, not great, but good enough.

Nachteile: Customers on hold can still get in without you knowing. If someone scans in with another gyms card you probably won't know if you aren't at the desk. This wasn't built by a gym owner. There's no polish. If you can find what the report you want, and know how to export to Word and Excel, you can probably get a mail merge together and send out renewal letters, but it's not a built in option.

"Super Easy Software! "

Kommentare: With everything you have to do to get a business open, Go Figure is budget friendly and easy to implement so I can concentrate on getting clients not learning a tedious software program. The staff are great too, knowledgeable and courteous. I looked at the competition, and they are too good to be true..honestly too many hidden fees and contracts with the other guys ...

Vorteile: I hate reading instructions or taking the time to learn anything new ..I look for software to be intuitive and Go Figure is! In a world of apps and technology overload and overkill, the simplicity yet sophistication of Go Figure is a perfect fit for my facility. I am a new hybrid concept of a business, not a gym, not a spa and I was able to customize my setup to fit my business. And payment processing is SUPER CHEAP.

Nachteile: I am going to need scheduling for my customers as I grow, they tell me that a new scheduling component is in development- I am looking forward to that. I would also like some kind of integration with Facebook and the software that I have to use to run my studio device . I am using social networking to build my business and my machine tracks results at the time of use.

Good news: the iGo Figure Software has a great integrated scheduler NOW.
Better news: An even better scheduler is in the works and will be available soon (along with social media integrations).

"Really helps me run my business"

Kommentare: We've been running our facility with iGo360 (the web version) for a year. We like it a lot. The product and the support is great.

Vorteile: My favorite feature is the automatic emails. Email reminders for appointments, a series of customizable emails to new prospects and members.

Nachteile: We have a wellness form we'd like to capture and integrate. Working with iGo now to try to do that.
