Kommentare: We started using Glocent about 4 years ago and have been very pleased with the product. The implementation went very smoothly and was on time throughout the process. Glocent was consistently on time meeting deadlines on a few occasions when there was a potential risk to the timeline they were very open and up front with the challenges. It used to take 4-6 weeks after quarter end to send the commission detail to payroll and was a hard copy / spreadsheet process (it was close to a full time headcount for 3 full weeks to finalize the quarter). We are now able to close off the commission within 2 weeks after quarter end with perhaps 1-2 hours of works by someone to verify and data enter any of our exceptions. From a sales standpoint, we went from territory visibility at the end of the month to customer level visibility daily. Overall, we are very pleased with the product.

Nachteile: There are no cons that have come up that can't be resolved from either our end or theirs.

Kommentare: Highly reccomend the product and the people!

Vorteile: The Glocent organization is a pleasure to do business with. The people are knowledgeable, responsive and caring. The followup and attention to detail is great, and they do what they say they can do when they say it will be done.

Nachteile: There are no con's any changes we have requested have been implemented.
