Great TMS
Vorteile:
Possibly one of the best TMS's I've used so far. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it very easy to manage.
Nachteile:
It can be hard to manage all of the loads in the system. You can't customize the information you see in the load list. So it can be hard to determine which load you're looking at.

Vorteile:
BluJay is continuously improving its TMS. Already very efficient and user friendly solution. Built-in reporting tool and freight audit and payment options are very helpful. BluJay project management teams are very professional and customer support team is excellent. Sandbox is excellent for training and UAT.
Nachteile:
Pricing structure need some revision. Implementation time frame shall include contingency for on-site team training post go-live for multi-site installation.

Required for Toys R Us Canada - wish it wasn't

Vorteile:
To be honest, it's not one of the better routing software programs I've been required to use. Perhaps it's just the way Toys R Us Canada utilizes it, but it's quite difficult.
Nachteile:
You have to pre-plan and then submit an appointment, but the information doesn't pull into the second requirement for setting an appointment. The pre-filled information is never correct (cube, weight, pallet count) and always has to be re-entered.

It makes accepting load tenders from customers easier than via email; giving the carrier all the details to know if they can fulfill an order.
Nachteile:
It seems like there are fairly frequent times when it is down for work and it logs a person out quickly for inactivity.
