Vorteile: Norton is the best security solution. It can effectively protect all your devices. Protecting online security and personal or professional data is a very crucial thing today. The virus definition of the Norton is updated regularly, and new threats and viruses are always added in it. Thus, making sure that your system gets the maximum security every time. Nachteile: Norton is an excellent virus protection system but, it is not as efficient is detecting the rootkits than its competitors like Malwarebytes. I have used many other antiviruses also but, Norton consumes much memory while performing a regular or a scheduled scan. Thus, making the system a lot slower while performing any other task alongside it.

Vorteile: I've been using Norton for my PC and Mac for several years now and it has protected both very well. It's very easy to use and customize (i.e. adding some programs to Exception List or Firewall). It detects which programs are a threat and quarantines them immediately. You'll get a notification once that happens and you can make adjustments if needed (if it was detected incorrectly). Their licensing is also cross platform which is a big factor for me. The license can be used on both computers and mobile.

Nachteile: Nothing to dislike from this software. I've been using it for years and I will never look for anything else. Price and quality of service is perfect for my needs.

Kommentare: I've used Norton Security or one of its variations, like Norton 360, for more than 10 years for my various computers and laptops so every computer in my home is protected under my one Norton account.

Vorteile: Norton helps find and block potential virus and malware infestations and attempts. It also runs auto-updates and in-the-background scans to help keep your computer running smoothly. I've used McAfee in the past as well as IVG.. those programs did an OK job, but Norton Security beats them. Norton also often runs $20 specials around Black Friday to renew for another year so no need to pay the $60~$100 full price for Norton Security every year. Norton also lets you install the software on up to 5 machines.

Nachteile: Nothing negative about Norton. It does its job and finds and blocks attempts of virus and other infestations to computers.

Kommentare: Norton Security offers excellent protection from malware, with at most a moderate impact on system performance. If you're looking purely to shield your system from attack, you couldn't do better.

Nachteile: Norton Security loads slowly, especially during the booting stage. You will have to pay yearly charges or extended protection such as 3 years. The pricing structure is expensive for freelancers and budget users. I would suggest the company to offer free version with limited functionality.
