They refused pro-rated refund of any kind. I had to use the chat twice and call twice before I got the final verdict. I will be paying for it 6 more months. Their policy is you can only cancel in the first 60-90 days to get refunded. After that, no more refunds are possible. What do you call it when someone takes money for a service they dont provide ?
