A reliable solution for Sage 100 and Sage 100cloud users
Kommentare: I have been using V-Technologies Starship since it was first offered for Sage 100 and now Sage 100cloud. It is a solution that the shipping departments seem to like and I rarely get calls on any type of support issues. It's simple to upgrade and what I can't handle myself the support department will field for a fixed fee which is generally money well spent. I get very few, if any, complaints from end users about this system.
Vorteile: StarShip is easy to upgrade, the support has improved over the years and I have probably upgraded a half dozen users in the past two years and support has always been helpful at sending the latest release and documentation. In some cases I advise the customer just to pay the flat rate and have V-Technologies do the upgrade. In all of those instances everything has gone well.
Nachteile: The online knowledgebase is difficult to navigate / non-existent. If I have a tougher question I advise the customer to buy a V-Technologies support case. I think this has worked pretty well. I'd rather have a great self-service knowledgebase but once we get V-Technologies on the phone the support techs are exceptionally well versed in solving problems.

Works great for shipping
Kommentare: Ships easy and writes most data back to Sage
Vorteile: It is a very easy software that once it is setup just works. We have been using it for 3 years and have the kinks worked out so it is very efficient now.
Nachteile: We integrate with Sage and it does not allow us to separate items. It consolidates them and renders it useless for our EDI orders. There are fields to fix this but they casue the writeback to Sage to fail and will not fix this.
