Newton Agency Management System
Kommentare: My experience has been awesome. Love all of there support from the owner to the newest employee. I strongly recommend you look 2 or 3 times at Newton they deserve the time it's the right choice if your looking for ease, simplicity and overall agency oversight.
Vorteile: Ease of operation, learning curve for new hires, cost, support,.
Nachteile: None yet I've been using it for 3 years give me more time to fault it.

Where service really matters!
Kommentare: I moved from Instar to Newton October 2012 and have been so glad that I did. From day one you feel like you are part of the team, and I don't mean like they were stuck with you because you were the last kid to get picked (haha). Starting off you are brought on board and walked through the process by one of the team members (mine was Stephanie). She laid out for me what to expect and gave me a very accurate timeline for the process of conversion, training, and implementation. From there we were diligently trained by the team at My Newton Education and Melaine so we knew what was going on and all of the ins and outs of the system. Melaine constantly checked up with us to be sure we were getting into the system and were comfortable. Even now, I have communications and sessions with the My Newton Education Staff that helps to make sure i am getting the most out of the system. From there I can offer nothing but praise to the entire Newton customer support staff. They are always easy to deal with and easy to get a hold of. It is as easy as dropping an email or picking up the phone. No long waits, not mystical phone system that you have to navigate through punching in your secrete code just to hear someone read from a manual. No, with Newton, every person knows the system inside and out and will do what ever it takes to get your situation resolved. If you are in the market for a system it would be a mistake to overlook Newton by Agency Systems.

We've been using Newton for about 5 years so far. I tested several other management systems for P&C Agents and decided to take Newton. We figured it out how to use it fairly quickly, but the trainer said that many other agents needed more help and training. It has so many features we barely use some of them. We print the checks from it and it has full accounting there.
The system is very good overall and the support is good. Updates are done periodically. However, I would like to integrate more with other software (CMS) and make it more sales oriented. Initial price is high compare to some other management systems but monthly is very reasonable. We have installed in the clouds now.

Not User Friendly
Kommentare: Hello, I've owned 2 agencies. This is by far the worst. I understand the savings from Applied. But my CSR's have no idea how to use. 6 months and we still need constant support. Hurt our sales and service. Spend the $$ and get something better.
