Kommentare: Long conversion/implementation process.
Good reporting both standard and custom with crystal.
AFS custom proration module designed for us is working well
Set delivery schedule helps us maximize transportation productivity.
AFS personnel turnover seems to be less than when we started.

Vorteile: They cover almost all transactions possibilities.
Lots of levels to set up Customer, Inventory... which makes for easier reporting.
Fairly good response time for large reports.
Crystal reports is very good for ad hoc reporting.
Ability to import order entry from excel (we use a combination of our own program and EOE).
Messaging function very helpful.

Nachteile: Some things are not intitutive (easy) to figure out.
Financial Statements module is not great.
Needs some common sense improvements, ability to print an invoice from invoice inquiry, add an item to a PO during receiving that was not on the original PO.
