Vorteile:
Functionality and ease of use, we use the office version. Integration is easy as it is PHP and you can go in and make you own mods. Makes returns for our customer service reps very easy. It also allows our warehouse to make the best decisions on the most economical way to ship for the customers.
Nachteile:
There is some more functionality that I could have but this is more unique to the gift-ware / housewares industry. There could be some standard links to software that would help and a better way to interface your negotiated rates to the software but that is just UPS.

Kommentare: I enjoy dealing with an important vendor who doesn't act like we need them and we will just have to put up will sorry service because of our dependency. Our previous vendor found out that it is possible for customers to leave. ProShip shows they value their customers and work to partner with them.
Vorteile:
The system works well. The updates come regularly and implementing them is a breeze. Their support is actually supportive! That is a plus!
Nachteile:
I love the documentation, but it does seem like there are some docs out there that need some attention. At least they are out there, though. I am happy about that. :-)
Proship, The good, the Bad, the Ugly
Kommentare: For day to day use it works well. I would like if the things we do in the script could be put into a UI.
Vorteile:
That it works with so many carriers and is easy to use for my end useres.
Nachteile:
It seems you need to be able to wright code to make changes for anything.

Vorteile:
Multi-carrier rating, customization, automation around label printing and commercial invoices.
Nachteile:
Long integration process, found some functionality to not exist and needed custom coding in order to execute properly.

Vorteile:
Once integrated, Proship works extremely well and allows for complicated customization to suit our needs.
Nachteile:
The only real con is the initial cost and the renewal costs.
