As with many softwares, this is the only significant downside when working in a company that is tight on budget planning if something new appears, but is only available at an additional cost. > > What don't we solve? We initially put our KPI's in real time allowing for quicker time to resolution. From there, we continue to ask "What are we still doing in excel?".
