> **Vorteile**: I like that I am not held to a contract if it didn't work as I expected.  Luckily, it works just as I need it to but that was a big factor in using authorize.net.  I am glad I made that investment

> I feel that my overall experience with authorize.net has been positive.  When I first began using this product, I needed some customer support on an issue and they were so quick to respond and they let me know that they would be available 24/7 to help with any other questions that I may have.  You can't beat customer service like that.

> **Nachteile**: Although I use authorize.net every day, I am not happy witht eh new user interface. What was possible in one screen is now spread out into mutliple screens. It is pretty but the old User interface was much more useful.

> **Nachteile**: The user interface is so outdated, and it is impossible to navigate through the backend settings with the required number of clicks. The monthly gateway charges are accumulated within a short period even in months when our transaction volume is low.
> 
> This is a nightmare industry to get a chargeback on a coast-to-coast transport job. I rely on this gateway since it is solid secure. It can cope with our day-to-day traffic without stuttering despite the arrangement having a retro feel to the early internet days compared to today’s contenders.
