Vorteile:
A school management system which does everything needed of such a system. Easy to set up and handle ....very useful
Nachteile:
Sometimes a little clunky eg tracking manager
Significant shortcomings
Kommentare: Our school will be looking for an alternative as soon as we have capacity to reconsider.
Vorteile:
It's a CRM for schools. The basic functionality is there. REST APIs for data access.
Nachteile:
Atrocious atrocious service. No response from the account manager or service dept for weeks, basic features broken, and no response to escalations. I don't think they care at all, as an organization.

Complicated
Kommentare: Not very good, it is a very long winded process to send something simple like an email.
Vorteile:
I'm not sure I like anything about it. It's not user friendly.
Nachteile:
Functionality. Can't drag and drop items and documents, long winded, and complicated.

Best of a bad bunch
Kommentare: It has been ok and not many alternatives out there that would beat it but huge areas for improvement.

Good for staff management and classroom management.
Nachteile:
Support is poor/non-existent Navigation is clunky Customisation options are difficult Reporting and downloading of fields is poor
