After having worked directly with several of the most well known ERP solutions currently in use in the footwear and apparel industry, and also having evaluated most of the remaining and newer players, Xperia was a clear choice for our start up company.
The key attributes that our company required in an enterprise solution, right out of the box, were:
ease of installation/ conversion, full apparel functionality , flexibility, user friendly, full electronic commerce capabilities both upstream and downstream, and a stable platform.
Xperia was hands down the best combination of these business and ERP needs.
The Xperia enablers were implemented quickly and smoothly, and allowed our start up to achieve in excess of 14 million in shipments during our first year and to over 34 million in year two.
The technical staff at Xperia provided our user community with the technical support required to seamlessly introduce full E.C. transactions with our customers and throughout our offshore supply chain.
The best reference I can provide relating to the Xperia package is found in the success of our business and the service levels we have been able to provide continuously and predictably to our customers.

Pros: Provides enough flexibility that has allowed our company to offer several different product lines without have to purchase any additional software.
Cons: Getting data out of the system to tailor to a users needs can be cumbersome

I had zero hesitation about working with Xperia Solutions once again. In fact, I would not have founded this company unless I could do it with Xperia. They have been an extension of my core businesses and have over and over again gone above and beyond for us whenever asked. The fact that they specialize in the footwear and apparel industries, use the IBM platform and offer a system that is scalable and easy to use was ideal for us. Allowing our company to run the Comprehensiv' system as a SaaS solution was just what I was looking for in my ERP platform. The Xperia software is stable and efficient, easy to use, and handles well the day to day operations of our business. The support provided by their team is exceptional - attentive and always available to assist.
Some programs are inconsistent across modules. For example, function key purposes change between modules / programs. Function key to update a program is F9 for some programs but F10 in other programs.
Overall, our companies have had a very successful relationship.

Great Software that has Stood the Test of Time
Kommentare: Comprehensive system covers every single aspect of any Apparel or Footwear business, domestic or international, multi-divisional or smaller. Has "stood the test of time" of over 30 years or more. Rock solid with exceptional customer service; it cannot be beat. I've looked at every system out there and this system with this company is the best choice, all things considered.
Terrific ERP system User friendly, real time information.
Kommentare: The integration of the software from the "planning" stages of our business all of the way to the end of invoicing our customers is seamless. Xperia provides accurate, timely reporting of essential information that allows us to respond quickly to our customrs.
