After a few years, ITC purchased the company and the updates/upgrades began. They would roll them out before testing, so agents would suffer features not working, new bugs continuously popping up, and the system being down for hours and sometimes days. Then, in 2022/2023, Zywave bought ITC and their companies. That's when the outages stopped, but the upgrades/updates became so much more frequent, and they no longer care about their clients or the business of their clients. For example, today is 03/18/24, and this morning, we received a message from Zywave that the system will be offline on 3/19/24 from 11am-3pm. ON A TUESDAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY\! There's no way to run an agency when you are at the mercy of a company that doesn't answer to their actions but makes sure to call you ONLY when your payment doesn't go through. ----- ### "Good Value" — 5.0/5 > **Annette** | *5.
