Invaluable central library

Vorteile:

The ease of use from filing, locating and viewing documents, to managing document reviews and the option of using hyperlinks internally.

Nachteile:

For the purposes we use PolicyHub, there are no cons of note to make comment on.

Review of PolicyHub

Vorteile:

Being able to access proof that staff have read policies/passed tests for compliance.

Nachteile:

Issuing policies/tests to staff is quite long winded. Adding a policy/test is not always straight forward. It can be quite awkward changing a question on a questionnaire.

Governance Made Easy

Kommentare: We are very happy with the software and have had it in place for a number of years. It can be configured to suit your business and with cross departmental dedication to orginal set up and training it can be a real asset to the governance and corporate administration generally. It is good value for money and easy to use.

Vorteile:

The software allows us to maintain an up to date governance library and central repository which is available to our Non-Executive Directors, Staff, our outsourced Internal auditors and external auditors. It is very easy to use once set up and, if used across the whole business, can be very easily configured to control viewing rights. The key word search facility saves time and effort in locating documentation and Board/Committee decisions. Our frontline staff use the system on a day to day basis to obtain standard documentation which is kept up to date by Policyhub administrators. Any queries have been quickly attended to via the helpline.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I do not like about this software.
