Straight forward use. Nice features. More costly than other products but worth the additional.

Vorteile:

Love the rebooking function. We were able to import customer base from QuickBooks which made initial startup easy.

Nachteile:

Need more templates for letters e-mails to assist user in learning this part of product. This is a great part of the product that can promote customer relations.

The software does what it needs to do

Iv'e been using Rezstream for approx. 2 yrs

Kommentare: Very easy to see the check ins and outs for the day

Vorteile:

As a Head Housekeeper it very easy to print out the work schedule for the day. Or oversee the entire map for the week. It allows me to make scheduling very easy

Nachteile:

I haven't had alot of problems using the software I only print out the daily check ins and check outs. the rest I dont really use

Efficient and Effective!

Vorteile:

That it is easy to use and understand at any skill level. It is also fast and efficient, not just in actual loading speeds, but in user function as well. The online reservation system has done wonders for our occupancy and our office staff efficiency.

Nachteile:

I would like there to be a little more customization/options surrounding the POS items and room add-ons. I would also like for these items to be added in the booking process inside their own menu to complete the reservation.

Small Lodge Happy with rezStream

Kommentare: We are pleased with rezStream and have no plans on switching.

Vorteile:

We are a 27 room lodge in the mountains of NC and I am the Guest Services Manager. RezStream was in place when I arrived here two years ago. It took me awhile to get the hang of it (I've never been in the hospitality industry), but now find it easy to navigate. The customer service folks are responsive and helpful.

Nachteile:

No big cons, but then again, I do not have anything to compare rezStream to.

Best reservation software I have ever used!

Kommentare: I was brought into the company with RezStream in place and no one to show me how to use it. I sat down with the computer and was navigating the site with success within 15 minutes. Very user friendly!

Vorteile:

I can train my employees on how to effectively use RezStream in just one day. It is so user friendly and when I do run into problems, the customer service has been outstanding!

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything that I don't like about it!

Easy System with GREAT customer service.

Kommentare: Fantastic. I have used 3 others and by far it stands out. Other sites are endless transfers to other departments or no response.

Just hard to change reservations once made. You have to find just the right screen.

Excellent Property Management System and Company

Kommentare: The program is very user friendly, easy to teach newbies, and we especially like the custom color coding which shows us just by looking at the calendar who is gluten free, who’s bringing a pet (one of our inns is pet friendly), who’s checking in late, etc. – a feature I did not find in any other program that I looked at. The interface of the booking calendar is very straight forward. You just click on a reservation and immediately a box pops up on the right with all of the reservation info. Notes are easily accessible, and it keeps a running history page on each guest that tells you when they stayed with you and what room or suite they stayed in. These are all features that assist us in providing our guests with excellent customer service.

Vorteile:

We have two small hotels totaling 30 rooms and suites. I used Rezstream's software program when I started in this business 15 years ago; left them a few years later because they did not have their cloud-based system up and running yet. Have used several others and researched many since then and came back to Rezstream and so happy I did.

Nachteile:

When you try to print out a report the font size comes out miniscule.

Functionality is perfect

Kommentare: I was explained it ones and took from there, it shows how easy it is to navigate when just shown ones.

Vorteile:

Clarity, functionality, feels good to use it, user friendly, colors are soothing, everything is self explanatory and thought through.

Nachteile:

When using a reservation map the color pallet is too bright on my taste. Softer color pallet would be nicer to the eye.

RezStream Makes Us Run

Kommentare: We have used RezStream for over 8 years and find it to be a dynamic product.

Vorteile:

RezStream allows easy interface between client and consumer at every touch point.

Nachteile:

Wish we could let groups make reservations more easily without all recreating the wheel everytime.

Long-Term Customer Applauds Rez Team

Kommentare: Have been a customer since (prior to 2005) and have looked at other options, but the customer team is always willing to help and look for ways to improve. We just need to make sure the products and back-end navigation keeps ahead of or with competitor products.

Vorteile:

The Rezstream cloud-based system and can use anywhere, anytime, which makes things much easier when not onsite at the property.

Nachteile:

Some functions such as POS buttons/options not available. We have a gift shop, dining room and it all needs to integrate into one system.

Best Fit for our Motel

Kommentare: We have been writing reservations down in a binder. This is a labor intensive process which involves speaking with potential guests on the phone and interacting online through emails. Many times these interactions don't result in a booking because they are just checking availability. Having rezStream manage online reservations frees up time for us to work on other areas of our business.

Vorteile:

We interviewed several different online reservation companies before going with rezStream. We felt they were the best fit for us because we liked the software the best. Also very important to us is that they are very professional, organized, helpful during each stage of the process and eager to make sure we are happy with their services.

Nachteile:

I really like the software! I can't think of anything I would change.

Great cloud based platform that is only getting better!

Kommentare: RezStream has been with us through our entire set up & use. Quick to provide answers, help, & knowledge to better the system for us. They strive to provide the best and are constantly working to give us new features & improvements that we did even know we needed.

Vorteile:

Ease of set up & use. Customer service is top notch. The company takes the time to listen to the needs of their clients and work diligently to add improvements & new features!

Nachteile:

Our only complaint is to use the credit card processing payment through this cloud based platform is to use Shift4 as gateway to merchant services account. Shift4 is not even close to the level of customer service and ease of use that RezStream customers are used to.

The RezStream Cloud is a great property management system (PMS).

Kommentare: I have no complaints about RezStream over the 15 years that I have used their products. All the RezStream staff since 2005 and to date were professional, courtesy and a pleasure to work with, whether you need help in marketing, website design or to solve an issue they are always there to help. There are other PMS companies out there that offer all the bells and whistles yet when it comes time to get support when you need it most, good luck trying to get a quick response. You are in good hands with RezStream.

I have been with RezStream since 2005 and worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who at the time was a [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of RezStream. I have used both RezStream Pro PMS and then switched over to the RezStream Cloud PMS in 2017. The RezStream Cloud is very user friendly and easy to learn. We can train our front desk staff very quickly in a few days which is a major plus. Not only is the RezStream Cloud a great PMS, the RezStream support team is fantastic. When they switch us over from the Pro version to the new Cloud system the transformation was flawless. The RezStream Cloud can interface with your booking engines both website and OTA partners and credit card processing making this a fully functional hotel property management system. After the first year of using the RezStream Cloud, I asked my staff for their opinion on using the new RezStream cloud PMS compared to the old RezStream Pro PMS. Everyone of my staff members did not hesitate to say that the new RezStream Cloud PMS was great, it was so easy to use. They too commented that they were able to process a reservation, a check-in, or a check-out much faster and more accurately then before.

Nachteile:

In the begining of the RezStream Cloud was lacking reports, I needed better detailed reports for our particular needs. After about 6 months they rolled out a new updated version of the Rezstream cloud which I was then able to create the reports that I needed.

Rezstream is the best reservation system I have ever used

Kommentare: It allows us to quickly respond to booking requests. We rely on this product to manage the activities of our inn on a daily, and even minute to minute, basis. New employees find it easy to learn.

Vorteile:

Rezstream was so easy to integrate with our booking and billing procedures. The set up was made with little fuss or bother because of the support from Rezstream in the process.

Nachteile:

There is just nothing about the software that I don't like

It’s just another little expense out of our operating budget but that’s not Restreams problem. It seems like everybody gets a little tiny piece of the profit, but I guess that’s the cost of doing business.
