Vorteile:

This is a professional grade assessment and evaluation tool with a deep set of features including question pools, branching, setting floors and ceilings for scores, and much more. Beyond this, the report data is second to none including solid science on assessment metrics. This is THE tool for professional level assessments.

Nachteile:

It is a bit expensive and may be too much system for users with more basic needs

User since it was floppy disc based, 1998ish. The Perception has been replaced by OnDemand/OnPremise

Kommentare: Records are kept in one place. Easy retrieval. Question banks, randomization.

Vorteile:

It works. Hard to beat that. It has every feature I've ever needed. Many question types. Excellent reporting, analytics, scheduling, LMS integration and speedy.

Nachteile:

Perception V5.7 got very difficult to self install on your web server. The replacement OnPremise is impossible to self install. You must get QuestionMark's assistance. OnDemand is a turn key SAAS that they manage updates and versions.

Assessment management

Kommentare: Not happy, customer support was very weak. After institution stopped the contract, the assessments were not given properly back to the institution.

Vorteile:

Different question types, multiple item authors participate, publishing the exam.

Nachteile:

No changes can be done after publishing, no item review process, no notification to students and invigilators, different assessments cannot be conducted in one test center, last minute addition of student in test center not possible.

Excelente herramienta para la gestion de examenes

Vorteile:

Es muy facil de usar, brinda seguridad a la hora de rendir un examen, muy intuitivo y con herramientas muy utiles, lo mejor es tener el resultado inmediatamente despues de finalizar el examen

Nachteile:

Me gusto todo, tal vez se podria mejorar un poco como marcar preguntas en cuestionarios largos y saltar directamente a esas preguntas marcadas, pero lo existente es bueno.

Kommentare: I WAS LINED UP TO TAKE AN SAP CERTIFICATION. WEEKS OF PREPARATION TO FINALLY GET TO THE EXAM...AND THE SOFTWARE (QUESTIONMARK SECURE) COULD NOT LAUNCH THE EXAM. I WENT THROUGH 2 SUPPORT TEAMS (EXAMINITY AND QUESTIONMARK). THE BEST I GOT WAS...PLEASE UNINSTALL IT AND INSTALL IT AGAIN. AND THAT IS SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY DONE! WOW, THESE GUYS REALLY NEED SOME HELP. WHAT A SHAME FOR AN ASSESSMENT COMPANY... WHAT LEVEL OF ASSESSMENT YOU GET WHEN YOU BUILD SOMETHING BROKEN THAT CAN NOT LET YOU INTERACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER?!
BEST PART...I WILL ONLY KNOW IF REINSTALLING FOR THE 2ND TIME WILL RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ONCE I SCHEDULE MY NEXT EXAM APPOINTMENT. I FEEL LIKE IN THE 80s WHEN I HAD A TAPE RECORDER CONNECTED TO A 8BIT COMPUTER. I WOULD ONLY KNOW IF THE PROGRAMS WOULD WORK AFTER THE WHOLE TAPE WAS PLAYED! PERHAPS THAT IS WHERE QUESTIONMARK BEGAN!

THAT I HAD THE CHANCE TO USE IT, SO I KNOW WHAT NOT TO BUY!

Nachteile:

NOT SURE, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT WORK! AND I TRIED HARD!
