Customer service is painfully slow. > > Please be careful when dealing with Mindbody, you are signing a year long contract and if they give you the impression that you can get out of it, I'm proof that you can't. You'll talk to a nice, professional person during your first phone call who (at least in my case) will tell you what you want to hear in order to sign the contract. Once I started getting into the set up, I started to realize that it was an extremely long process (onboarding can take up to 8 weeks) and that I wasn't going to get what I thought I would and that it takes a painfully long time to get answers. I tried to cancel but they won't let me. On that first phone call, when I asked about cancelling if things didn't go well, Sam (sales rep) made it seem like if I tried to cancel then they would give me a sales pitch but eventually would let me out of my contract which isn't true. I filed a BBB complaint that they never responded to, which in all of the reviews I've left in my lifetime on BBB, no American company has failed to respond. Btw, my BBB complaint requesting termination of my contract was 8 days after I signed my contract with Mindbody, so it's not like I used them for 5 months. I haven't scheduled a single customer with them or had a single onboarding session with them. You may be reading this wondering why I signed a contract for something I didn't totally understand, that's because it's way too complicated to understand up front. Just think about it, Mindbody onboarding can take up to 2 months before you can fully use it, it's that complicated. What are the chances you're going to understand everything during the initial sales call. You have to pay for a year ($1200), and then get into the system to understand everything, which once again, takes a very long time. And I just did a Google search, it appears their sales staff make commission, which imo incentivizes this behavior. ----- ### "Long time user\!" — 5.0/5 > **Robin** | *29.
