Trackwise was totally configurable so we didn't have to worry about changing our process while trying to train users to the new system. The auditors feel it really makes it easier for them to get their jobs done and clients report that they really like the system because it is so easy to use. Nobody talks about how terrible it is...of course no one sings its praises either - with the exception of Sparta's own marketing and PR teams.
