Kommentare: Insgesamt eine sehr gelungene und wertvolle Software

Vorteile:

Das System ist recht intuitiv die Belege können wunderbar eingescannt und hochgeladen werden. Damit hat man jederzeit eine Übersicht über den Stand der Auszahlung und es wird auch gleich angezeigt falls noch etwas fehlen sollte.

Nachteile:

Leider ist das System bei uns nicht in die Entgeltabrechnung integriert. Die Zahlungen laufen daher separat über die Buchhaltung. Eine Integration wäre ja sicherlich möglich aber wird bei uns nicht gewünscht.

Vorteile:

Kommentare: Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, aber gleichzeitig ist die Software sehr komplex

Ich habe vor kurzem begonnen, diese Software zu verwenden, und bin sehr begeistert.

Nachteile:

Bisher habe ich keine Nachteile bei der Verwendung dieser Software gesehen.

SAP Concur Reisekostenabrechnung

Vorteile:

Mit SAP Concur kann jeder Mitarbeiter leicht und unkompliziert seine Reisekostenabrechnung machen.

Nachteile:

SAP Concur hat eine nicht so moderne Oberfläche und sieht somit etwas veraltet aus.

Arbeitszeitraubendes, bürokratisches, Softwaremonstrum für Dienstreisende!!

Kommentare: Eine Booking App und eine monatl. RK-Excel iVm. eingescannten Belegen bzw. ggf. eine Firmenkreditkarte zur Vermeidung der Barauslagen ist wesentlich Zeit und Kostensparender sowie MA freundlicher.

Vorteile:

Hotelkosten müssen unter Umständen nicht mehr verauslagt werden. (Gilt nur sofern das Hotel auf den Prozess eingestellt ist und am besten 1 Tag vorab bereits gebucht wird, was leider häufig gar nicht der Fall ist, das ist der einzige Vorteil für den Reisenden!)

Nachteile:

Jede Reise muss über ein Concur eigenes Portal gebucht werden welches dem anderer Plattformen einfach nicht gewachsen ist, es werden immer nur wenige Hotels angezeigt Preise erst nach Bedienung einer unnötigen Schalter "Preis anzeigen" keine Bilder (Zimmer), das macht den Vergleich sehr mühsam und führt zur paradoxen Situation dass der MA weiter über Booking auswählt und dann das Hotel umständlich auf der Concur Plattform sucht um es dort zu buchen. Der BuProzess dauert dann ebenfalls wesentlich länger. Im Hotel ist dann ft kein Einchecken möglich da Hotels nicht auf die Kostenübernahme vorbereitet sind eine Vorabzahlung ist dann weiterhin durch den Mitarbeiter notwendig, weiterhin führt das zu Diskussionen mit der Rezeption und längeren Wartezeiten. Jede Reise muss im Nachgang über das Portal nachgepflegt werden, Belege einscannen ablegen hochladen mit den Vorgang wieder verknüpfen ect. bishin zur steuerlichen Trennung (Aufschlüsselung) jeder einzelnen Ausgabe Beispiel Frühstück 10 € davon 3 € 19% MwSt. 7 € (7% MwSt.), die Eingabe der Tagespauschalen ist eine Klasse für sich man verzichtet dann lieber auf das Geld.. Dieser Tätigkeit schließen sich weitere Prüfvorgänge durch Vorgesetzte und Buchhaltung an schließlich werden Tagespauschalen wesentlich später gezahlt als vor der Einführung oft nur auf Nachfrage. Für die Eingabe einer Abrechnung bezahlt das Unternehmen übrigens für jede Abrechnung einen 2 stelligen Betrag in Euro abgesehen von der investierten Arbeitszeit. :(

Etwas unübersichtliche Software

Kommentare: Es ist eine Software für Anwender, die diese häufig nutzen. Wenn man seltener unterwegs ist, ist es zu kompliziert aufgebaut.

Vorteile:

Mit gefällt zum Beispiel, dass ich bei der Reisebuchung auch eine Kartenansicht in der Hotelauswahl habe und unter mehreren Optionen bei der Hotelauswahl wählen kann

Nachteile:

Die Abrechnung einer Reise finde ich nicht ausreichend strukturiert und unübersichtlich, wenn man es nicht täglich macht. Es ist leider nicht selbsterklärend und man wird nicht durch ein Abrechnungsmenü geführt.

Nervenraub auf höchstem Niveau

Vorteile:

Die Rechnungen können fotografiert werden und anschließend hochgeladen und mit einer Ausgabe der Kreditkarte zu einem Datensatz verbunden werden.

Nachteile:

Dieses Programm ist das Gegenteil von Intuitiv. Wenn Du beim -Abrechnung absenden- einen Fehler in der Zeile hast, lässt er dich nicht weiter aber sagt dir auch nicht wie du dieses Problem behebst oder WO der Fehler zu finden ist. Sehr frustrierend. Wenn ich bei einem Anmeldeformular im Internet etwas nicht ausgefüllt habe, macht mich das Programm sofort darauf aufmerksam. Wieso schafft es SAP Concur nicht?? Wenn man keinen Support bekommt, sucht man stundenlang oder muss warten bis einem geholfen wird. Ansonsten kannst Du deine Abrechnung einfach nicht abschicken, weil das Programm es nicht zulässt.

Efficient Expense and Travel Management

Kommentare: SAP Concur simplifies expense reporting with its robust reporting tools. I do feel however that the user interface needs a real uplift - comparing it to other products i have used it really is not as intuative.

Vorteile:

When onboarding new customers SAP Concur has a seamless integration of expense and travel management. The platform is convenient and accessible and has a wide range of features.

Nachteile:

The user interface is somewhat complex to use. The desktop version is not as intutative as similar products. Concur risks falling behind its competitors.

Excellent solution for T&E

Vorteile:

Card transaction import directly into Concur. Drag and drop attachment.

Nachteile:

The cost structure can be a challenge for small to mid size companies.

Biggest Disappointment!

Kommentare: Couldn’t tell you if the system itself is any good or not because we have been working on the integration since April of 2024 (today is Jan 1 2025) and WE STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE INTEGRATION. The “Support” team is useless and refers us back to the account reps. The account reps don’t respond. The original rep set us up on a platform that wouldn’t work for our needs so we had to switch platforms. We chose Concur because it’s the only one that would integrate with our ERP system and work with our Corporate Cards (Chase Ink) - only to be told that the Chase Ink integration was broken. No we can integrate with Chase Ink but can’t get ANYONE to work with us on the integration (emailing for MONTHS). The reports are TERRIBLE. They suck to read. The suck for printing. As a whole, this is a terrible way to do business.

The idea that it’ll track my mileage for the purpose of making my work life easier

Nachteile:

It’s just an idea because it has been extremely unreliable, deletes data and will stop tracking without notification which is the overall purpose.

SAP Concur - Makes expense reporting fast and easy

Kommentare: I use SAP Concur almost weekly and find it efficient and easy to use. From going back years to when users were taping receipts to paper and uploading, to having the ability easily attach receipts via your mobile devise is fantastic.

Vorteile:

Ease of use on both mobile and desktop applications. The softwares ability to sync with Credit Card providers and receipt tracking has made business travelers expense report creation and submittal much easier.

Nachteile:

At times some of the pre configured alerts set forth by ones organization can be hard to understand and overcome.

Kommentare: Overall experience of using SAP is excellent; it's a very good tool for the organization, having a large number of employees, in managing their expenses, raising invoices, and managing all financial needs. it views all user expences . and spends. the use of AI is an add-on, which reduces efforts and do all the things in seconds. it also helpful in managing financial compliance. an overall very good tool for all your financial management and planning

Easy to use!

Kommentare: My company (myself included) uses Concur regularly to track business expenses. The interface is simple for end users and it is convenient to route approvals for expenses directly where they need to go.

Vorteile:

SAP Concur is easy to use for end users. The expense reimbursement process is simple and straightforward, directly sending the reports to managers/accounting to approve. In addition, the availability of two-factor authentication keeps our users' financial reports secure.

Nachteile:

I have nothing negative to report on regarding this application. Setup was simple and it is easy to use.

Integrated travel booking and expense claiming

Kommentare: Overall it's the portal to claim expense and book business travel, generally gets things done but can improve in terms of user friendliness and efficiency in hotel booking

very cumbersome way to search for hotels in a city as it's not alphabetically listed

A little bit janky, but useful solution

Kommentare: It's good enought for large company to manage their travel expenses, and even though it's little bit janky it's still simpler than doing all the reservations manually so I give it a pass.

Vorteile:

You can create and pay for the whole itinerary (mostly) in one go.

Nachteile:

It's slow, and the interface is outdated, makes it a pain to create a trip, it's doable but janky, and the filters for flights could be simplified.

Makes travels expenses admin very easy

Vorteile:

Well organised, simple, and the function that scans receipts and fills in the fields for you makes it even easier to deal with travel expenses.

Nachteile:

Can take a while to process the images of the receipts.

Good solid expense and travel application

Kommentare: Moving from an excel based, far more manual process this has been a welcomed change.

Vorteile:

The integration with corporate traveller, allowing users to claim expenses and book accommodation / travel in one application, reports / analytics are therefore available on spend across all these areas. Support is readily available, always responsive and prompt in resolving any issues. It is quite straightforward to use as an end user, most team members pick it up quite quickly.

Nachteile:

I would prefer the option, of being logged into SAP for the day and not having to re-log in throughout the day when I need to re-access. Search facility as an admin only allows to search on first name or surname, not both names. The inability as an admin to easily move a 'group' of users to a new approver

Robusta Tool for AP and AR Automation

Vorteile:

SAP Concur automate expense and spend management which eradicate fraud in my agency.

Nachteile:

Unlike many other spend management tools that I have tried, SAP Concur has a mobile App which is an added advantage. Thus, I do not have any flaw.

I concur with SAP Concur!

Kommentare: Overall, I've used SAP Concur with multiple large corporations I've worked for and it's been a great experience.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of filing expense reports in general, as well as the mobile app. The ability to take photos of receipts in the moment, using the app helps with peace of mind as to not lose them.

Nachteile:

The only feedback I would say as a Con, would have to be the ability in the mobile app to upload a receipt that is a PDF. There may be a way to do it, but it appears to only allow image files, such as .jpg

Expense Manager in Real Estate Industry

Vorteile:

Why SAP Concur for AP & AR Automation

Vorteile:

Availability of mobile applications for iOS and Android systems is one of the best aspects. I like that SAP Concur allows me to save time and effort by eradicating manual repetitive accounting workflows.

Nachteile:

Need I say something really? Thanks for asking but SAP Concur has no flaws.

SAP Concur: A Must Have Online Accounting Software

Vorteile:

SAP Concur gives me the ability to carry out accounting tasks automatically from anywhere over the mobile iOS application.

Nachteile:

The then issues which I was experiencing on my mobile app were rectified by the vendor success team early this year.

Automate Your Expense and Travel Management Program with Ease!

Vorteile:

SAP's fully-built integrations with Frequent Flyer programs, Lyft, travel agencies, and Google make my travel planning experience enjoyable and automated. I no longer have to worry about adding flyer status, marking calendars, upload receipts, etc. Everything is done for me by Concur, saving time and money in the process.

Nachteile:

The UI/UX can be a little clunky and slow at times. It definitely takes some time to get used to how things are laid out and how the workflows operate. But, once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing ahead.
