Contacts are easy to store, organize, and segment, which makes it simple to reach the right audience for short-lived campaigns, seasonal messages, one-off updates, or focused communications.&#10;&#10;Campaign creation is also straightforward enough that non-technical users can build and send clean emails without IT standing nearby with a wrench and a flashlight. I also appreciate that phone support still exists, because when there’s an account, billing, or campaign issue, talking to an actual human makes cleanup much easier.

If the original owner leaves, support may need to get involved, which creates unnecessary cleanup work and operational risk.

Account ownership, subaccounts, and recovery could be cleaner, especially for organizations with multiple teams under one umbrella. But for short-lived campaigns, seasonal messages, one-off updates, and focused communications, Constant Contact has been dependable and easy to work with.
