Very easy to use, lots of great features, always updating and listening to customer feedback, reporting is easy and customizable

Very easy to use but for individuals that aren’t familiar with ticketing systems it could take a little bit of getting used to, renewing the system year over year is a little bit of a strenuous process (some of the formatting/packages) don’t renew the same way they were built, overall a great software
Great system
Kommentare: I have worked with TicketReturn since transitioning our Box Office to their services in 2011. They go out of their way to provide great customer support and will help walk you through any issues you are having. Some of the concepts can be tricky at first, however after using it for a while it is really a very good system that provides everything a Box Office would need. Our online sales went up by a huge amount year after year. They give you a dedicated rep to help you through issues, and if that person is not available, they will have others help solve your problems. I really like this system. I recently left my position for another Box Office position. We do not use TicketReturn. I miss the familiarity and ease of use that TR provided. I am suggesting we switch to my higher ups.
