Vorteile: Average features. Priced fairly low (now I know why). Fairly Intuitive. Menus are ability to search docs is nice. Online registration is good.
Nachteile: We changed our payment services provider and contacted support a month before the cut over date. Calls to support and opening tickets went unnoticed. It is impossible to reach a live person. As the date came closer, we reached out to our Implantation Coordinator. After two weeks the response back was That's not my job, call your account representative. Still nothing. Opening support tickets did nothing. Our cut over date arrived and we managed to fix the main menu's link ourselves, but the dropdown still cannot be updated. An email forwarded to the Director of Customer Care, went unanswered. And we are still waiting for a call from support or anyone. Since this affects our HOA revenue, it should have been high priority. If called I would never recommend this vendor and would be happy to share our experience with any potential customers. Still Waiting.

Kommentare: The product is fine, but if you ever need to speak with someone, it won't happen. I have not once had a smooth interaction with this company. Thankfully, I've only had to call them twice in the past year, but both times took more time and effort on my part than should ever need to be exerted. The first time, it took calling NUMEROUS times over a week, then finally getting clever and reaching out to the sales department, they always answer. The second time, currently dealing with, I have called and left 5 messages over two months. Still nothing. I've sent an email, nothing. If you want a service that you can never speak or correspond with anyone, pick them, otherwise, run.
Vorteile: The ease of not having to switch to another company.
Nachteile: The people behind the software are really the problem.
