Easy to use, implement and recruit
Kommentare: The experience was great, Triin was amazing at onboarding, friendly and replied quickly to questions. Great customer service, a useful tool for recruitment - I highly recommend it.
Vorteile:
I liked the simplicity of the layout, the ease with which candidates can be entered into the recruitment process using Teamdash forms and the automated email sequences for each stage.
Nachteile:
There was an integration with Indeed we wanted that didn't work, which meant we had to get applicants to join either through manually adding or sending our form for them to fill out.

very user and recruiter friendly program
Kommentare: I like to use Teamdash. It's very easy and understandable platform, you can create projects and states for your needs, easlily useful. Also I like that there is possibility to create career page by yourself or use also Teamdash team help and designers.
Vorteile:
Amazing support team; Job ads possibility and possibility to create career page what directly works with Teamdash and your/our company website. Projects creating possibilities.
Nachteile:
the process of calculating statistics is not so useful to me, because I have a lot of Continuous project what means that I move often candidates in project states and it affects statistics and clear results.

Nachteile:
When you open to edit the candidate from the project and then hit "back", it takes you to the talent pool instead of the project, the scrolling when the stages do not fit the screen

My experience with Teamdash is excellent. Before we had "Excel". I really like async video interviews, they save a lot of time and the automation part. We really love that when more people are involved in the process, we all have a really good overview where exactly we are right now.
I like that when there are more people involved in some point and we need to arrange an interview, then we can sync our calendars and let the applicant choose the time by himself/herself. And "building up" the system is logical and if any help is needed "Teamdashers" are there for you!
Vorteile:
I really like that Teamdash is so logical when you are a little bit into it and makes the recruitment process so much smoother, quicker. Especially, async video interviews save a lot of time. And their support team is really helpful and finds solutions quickly to every question.
Nachteile:
I like everything, there is nothing to write.
