Saving more than money

Kommentare: Zeffy has changed the way that I do things - it has made my life so much simpler. By having everything on Zeffy, I can take care of so many things in just one place, and in a more intuitive way than some other platforms. The staff have been helpful and friendly. Seriously, Zeffy has saved my sanity and renewed my ability to focus more on the work I do rather than scattering my energy every which way.

Vorteile:

I love how Zeffy has made my work life so much easier in many ways. I can manage my email list, send messages to different segments, tag individuals and their interests, sell tickets to events, collect membership fees, and track income and engagement throughout. Best of all, I can do all of this (and more) without having a portion of our income being snatched up by a supposed 'ally' of non-profit organizations.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I dislike about Zeffy. I love that they have regular introductory workshops that you can join to learn how to use the platform. It still took me a little bit of time to learn some of the ins and outs of the program, but I feel confident that, if I had a question, they would answer it quickly.

Easy and Effective Event Management for Non-Profit Organization

Kommentare: Overall experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate and customer support is responsive and helpful.

Vorteile:

Zeffy provides an ideal platform form for event registrations for my non-profit organizations. Setting up events and managing registrations is quick and easy. Registration forms can include custom questions which is essential for our events. The ability to accept optional donations has proven helpful. The fee structure which ensures our non-profit receives 100% of the proceeds from registrations and donations is terrific.

Nachteile:

We experienced some challenges in setting up our payment processing through Stripe, but this seems to relate more to Stripe than Zeffy, and Zeffy support was helpful in resolving the issues.

Account cancelled without explanation

Kommentare: Very disappointing. Left us high and dry without any explanation or recourse.

Vorteile:

I used Zeffy with great success for one organization so recommended it for another.

Nachteile:

In response to a request for help how donations were processed, they cancelled my account without any explanation. Left a mess with my donors.

Wellness Retreat

Kommentare: Amazing. I did not have to keep track of people who attended, I was also able to log guest who gave cash and/or check. Very Simple

Vorteile:

The way it kept track of attendees, easy to send out reminder and thank you after the event. Love it

Nachteile:

There nothing i can say at this time. This was my first experience and i loved it.

Zeffy is free and perfect for nonprofits!

Kommentare: A small learning curve but that was was to be expected. That being said I was up and running with links to three campaigns on my GoDaddy website in 8-10 hours.

Vorteile:

We are a small nonprofit and struggling to fund our mission. Zeffy will allow us to raise money at no cost.

Nachteile:

Love it and anxious to see the new upgrades.

10/10 Would recommend 100%

Kommentare: We were able to sign up easily and begin collecting 100% of our donations right away. Sharing is easy, tracking donations and donors is straightforward. Meanwhile, we're being stonewalled by PayPal and Venmo who don't seem to be particularly friendly toward non-profits.

Vorteile:

Ability to collect donations FEE-FREE!!!!! Also, convenient payment options (so donors don't need a special app or account), easy to sign up, straightforward form creation, option to create multiple forms, and even more functionality that I haven't even explored yet.

Nachteile:

Honestly I haven't encountered one yet. I would be interested to know if any donors have been opting to donate fees on top of their donations.

Love this processor

Kommentare: Easy to use, great for our small nonprofit, and great to pay no fees.

Vorteile:

There are no fees so my nonprofit gets to keep all our donations.

Nachteile:

User Error: I didn't understand that if I deleted a form, I wouldn't be able to see how many donations came through that channel.

Zeffy saving donors and our charity money

Kommentare: Zeffy has been easy to setup, and has been easy for donors to use. However, it needs to add Zapier integration, so that I can add donor information to our mailing list and do other automations with a Zeffy donation as a trigger.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of setup - not a lot of bells and whistles, but this makes event and form setup easy. Of course I like the "no fees" aspect - that's why we are using Zeffy.

Nachteile:

On the forms for a donor, it's not clear exactly how to zero out the tip if that's what the donor wants. Also - lack of API support for Zapier, which we use extensively. This will definitely limit our ability to use Zeffy exclusively.

Very easy to use

Vorteile:

Zeffy was very easy to set up and very user friendly. For a small nonprofit, it is exactly what we need. Obviously love that we get 100% of contributions. We don't have a large budget and with past platforms it was painful to see donations going to fees.

Nachteile:

The default tip is high. I understand the reason, but I feel bad for people who don't notice it and get a surprise on their credit card bill. If we're at a community event and getting donations in person, I point out the tip so donors can make an informed decision.

Great Option For Small Non-Profits

Kommentare: Overall, we are happy with our experience with Zeffy. From a customer service standpoint, they are very responsive when issues are raised, generally within 24 hours or less.

Vorteile:

If you've used any other donation processing platform, Zeffy is pretty easy to navigate. They have a number of options for forms creation that should serve most, if not all, of the needs of a non-profit organization. I like that they also offer Tap-to-Pay.

Nachteile:

The eCheck process is cumbersome if the donor wants to enter their bank information manually rather than allowing Stripe (their processor) to directly access their bank account. Also, it seems a bit disengenuous that they don't make it a little more obvious that paying the recommended fee is optional. Also, it's a bit cumbersome to find their FAQ pages both before and after signing in to our account.

Nonprofits Should Use Zeffy

Vorteile:

Zeffy has no transaction fees! Through another donation platform, I once had a donation of $1250 and only received $1213 because of credit card fees. Zeffy is great because it allows all of my donated funds to go toward my ministry! I also have used Zeffy for several raffles and have created an online store. It was easy to use and customize. Honestly, all nonprofits should use Zeffy and receive their full donation amounts!

Nachteile:

There really are no cons. If a nonprofit organization does not mind receiving their funds once a week to their bank account, there is nothing to complain about.

A Great Find for Nonprofits!

Kommentare: The ease of use and versatility are simply outstanding!

Vorteile:

User friendliness. It saves us processing and bank fees. It allows the easiest registration for events. It allows me to create unique questions. Messages and emails direct from Zeffy are awesome!! Willingness to work on NEW improved features at the user level.

Nachteile:

It's easy to manage and remove contacts. But you can't delete "incomplete" visitors. It could use some "logic" with unique questions (if/then,etc).

Winning Combo with Zeffy!

Kommentare: We have had a wonderful experience with Zeffy so far! From our initial meeting to the online training and even questions we had after implementing, the Zeffy support staff have been a tremendous help. We are still new to Zeffy, but we have seen successful use of the platform in 2023 and we're looking forward to 2024. Thank you!

Vorteile:

Ease of use, straightforward design, customer support (awesome!) and online training.

Nachteile:

The mobile payment is great for those folks who have the RF feature on their debit/credit cards. It's a little awkward for folks who still have to swipe and/or read their chip. (We're looking forward to see how this develops in the future.)

Best reduced fee option for Non-profits tickets

Kommentare: Great experience. We run a non-profit 501c3 organization and we needed a ticketing solution without a lot of fees. Zeffy provided the best solution for us.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and customer support.I asked 3 questions which were promptly answered within 48 hrs.

Nachteile:

Lack email customerization. Would like ability to customize the colors of the emails and receipts so they reflect our organization.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Zeffy has been great. The customer service is wonderful and usually responds within 24 hours of posting or sending a problem. The membership has remarked to me that it is remarkably ease to use and love being able to send payment quickly and securely instead of using snail mail.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Zeffy is the ease of use and the fact that our membership now has the ability to use a credit card to make a purchase with all of the funds going directly to the organization. I, also, like that I can set a receipt and email it to the receiptent.

Nachteile:

As of right now I cannot think of any con in using Zeffy

Great for Nonprofits

Vorteile:

As a small nonprofit educational group, we needed a way to digitize our ticket sales without losing money on fees. Zeffy was the obvious choice, and we've been very happy with not only how easy it is to set up events and ticketing, but how quickly we are paid out as well.

Nachteile:

There are a few minor issues, but overall it is an excellent product for us. I do wish that there was some sort of search function on Zeffy for people who wanted to find our organization but didn't have the direct link.

Zeffy is the Real Deal - Drop GoFundMe - Go with Zeffy!

Vorteile:

The features and the zero transaction fees make the platform ideal for NPO's. It truly is more intuitive in design and features than any other offering. We have saved $1,000's in transaction fees for our organization. We even use the system for tickets for events. It wonderful.

Nachteile:

Would be nice to have a messaging system to send updates out to donors who have donated via the system.

Way more than I expected! Zeffy does it all!

Zeffy is an incredible platform for our small nonprofit. We're able to save on donation fees, which is a huge burden lifted. And they offer SO MUCH MORE than I was expecting! They can handle event tickets, online shop items, raffles and even memberships. Zeffy has allowed us to set up programs faster and easier than imagined, all with embeded forms so we maintain branding.

Nachteile:

Large donations are tricky and users sometimes ask for alternative methods to pay.

Can't say enough good things!
