Zeffy - The Perect Price for Nearly the Perfect Program!
Kommentare: The price and ease of use make this an easy decision for our nonprofit. We would love to see it develop and grow in communication and donor management so we could stop using multiple programs. In addition, their customer service is extremely fast and easy to work with! A great, easy software to implement quickly and maximize time and profit!
Vorteile:
It is easy to set up and use! You can easily customize the forms to collect funds for tickets, events, and more. The dashboard is intuitive so even those with little training can help administer the data and information to help you reach your goals and find success.
Nachteile:
Zeffy does not have all the features that we wish it had. It could use a more robust messaging system with more features to create eye-catching emails. We would love the ability to manage our silent auction for our events. It needs to be able to do POS on Android (which I learned is coming soon). And we would love it to have more features with tracking individuals, donor engagement, etc.
Great Option For Small Non-Profits
Kommentare: Overall, we are happy with our experience with Zeffy. From a customer service standpoint, they are very responsive when issues are raised, generally within 24 hours or less.
Vorteile:
If you've used any other donation processing platform, Zeffy is pretty easy to navigate. They have a number of options for forms creation that should serve most, if not all, of the needs of a non-profit organization. I like that they also offer Tap-to-Pay.
Nachteile:
The eCheck process is cumbersome if the donor wants to enter their bank information manually rather than allowing Stripe (their processor) to directly access their bank account. Also, it seems a bit disengenuous that they don't make it a little more obvious that paying the recommended fee is optional. Also, it's a bit cumbersome to find their FAQ pages both before and after signing in to our account.
You shouldn't have to opt out of the donation!

It was a brief form that didn't require too much info.
Nachteile:
They apparently have a default donation to Zeffy that gets added to your donation. We had made a $100 donation and were quite angered by the $12.95 "donation" it said we agreed to. You shouldn't have to opt out. I will definitely think twice before donating through Zeffy again!
A Great Find for Nonprofits!

Vorteile:
User friendliness. It saves us processing and bank fees. It allows the easiest registration for events. It allows me to create unique questions. Messages and emails direct from Zeffy are awesome!! Willingness to work on NEW improved features at the user level.
Nachteile:
It's easy to manage and remove contacts. But you can't delete "incomplete" visitors. It could use some "logic" with unique questions (if/then,etc).
