I have been working in the system for 12 years. my input for updates and Issues are valued.
Nachteile:
for many years we had lag time before the system would open or when moving between screens. this has been corrected.

Kommentare: Very good experience overall with the database and its capabilities. Their support though really adds to the value of the system.

Their support is best in the industry. Their database has a lot of capacity to capture different types of information, and it can do many different tasks across difference functional areas of responsibility.

Slow to operate sometimes and not always intuitive to navigate.

I like the option where you can copy specification data from other specifications so that you don't have to spend more time manually entering data
Nachteile:
I would like to be able to make revisions to the current packaing specification without needing to generate a new version of it. I also tend to have some complicated formulations which requires a lot more time in data inputs

Quite intuitive to use, anyway supported by very accurate Users Manual and Training sessions

Sometimes communication between Producer and Customer is not so fluid
