Vorteile:
I think it's best replacement of TeamViewer & easy to deploy on any device. Very useful to have quick solution from anywhere in the world. You can easily transfer small files without having any big hactics. You can access any device remotely from anywhere that is highly benefited to help someone. as well as remote access its also good with security to avoid unnecessary data transfer or any device hacking problem. That Other platforms are facing.
Nachteile:
In general I had good experience except visual loading or delay in process but that's very rare. while one drawback I can say that while working you might see connection issue sometimes or either it's automatically disconnected.

Cheap licence for all the options you get. It does the job. Also the ability to customize the name and icon of the program is a nice addition.
Nachteile:
Sometimes unreliable as the router servers are down. The speed of the connection if you do not change the resolution to a lower bit color is slow.
