Kommentare: I have been working with different dialer systems over the past 10 years. I would have to say that Voicent by far is the best dialer system I have ever experienced. The broadcast by phone is one of the most powerful software systems I have ever seen. The press one campaigns work! I have different campaigns that allow me to record my voice and give the client motivating pitches that motivate them to press one and in return, turns into a sale.
Over that past two weeks I have had 3 transfers that all turned into deals. I speak highly of Voicent to all my other partners that own companies. My focus is to turn them on to you so they can also have the success that I have had. I really appreciate your hard working developers. I am sure you are working hard to continue what your great company has already done.
I do appreciate the opportunity that Voicent has given to small and big business owners like myself. With out software like this it would be hard to do the line of work that we do. Tools are put in place to succeed. I would like to become an affiliate to Voicent if at all possible with my company Cash Out TV.

Kommentare: Overall I like the auto dialer but didn't like the surprise charges on top of the monthly charge.

Vorteile: I liked the fact that it was very easy to load my leads into the software.

Nachteile: The software was really easy to use but it there is a per minute charge plus the monthly charge that was charged which I didn't realize until I had used the software for awhile. They also claim it is free for the first trail period but that doesn't include the extra charges for time used.

I find it a very useful and complete program

Vorteile: telephone calls are made in real time and with very good fidelity, they work with 64 k channels, versatile for few calls

Nachteile: Does not include telephone calls with e1 trunks, this is a disadvantage with external calls, its cost is very high

All that i need into one piece of software!

Kommentare: I've been in the call center business for years. I tried this software years ago.
And so far, voicent never failed me. The one time-payment is worth it.
I've got all that i need into once piece of software.
