Excellent Software and Service
Kommentare: Changing software is not a decision anyone takes lightly. We had been using our previous software Escapia for 5 years. The last couple of years with Escapia had been an absolute nightmare of frustrations. We had to move or watch our company suffer needlessly. Our hope was to find a company that was sincerely interested in providing a superior product. Not only did we find that with TrackPM but we also found an incredibly helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable on-boarding team and customer service department. We are very excited about the great improvement in functionality, great pricing and the ability to package our call center and website all into one streamlined system. We have it all without having to pay an exorbitant price. Change can be very painful but we are so thrilled that we made the move.
Vorteile:
Track PM is extremely user friendly and intuitive.
Nachteile:
We would love to have the option to auto-charge final payments instead of having to always post each payment manually.
Ease of use is amazing
Kommentare: This has been the easiest product yet to keep track of our leads and manage our phone system.
Vorteile:
This product is so easy to use. The reports are easy to generate and everything is at your fingertips.
Nachteile:
No way to flag properties with messages. That is the only downside. Would like to be able to make notes that show an agent if something is going on with a property.
Does not work internationally
Kommentare: Terrible- the "management" first passes you round to one another and blaming each other for the mess-ups. Then they try to buy time by taking an average of 10 days to respond to any email.
Vorteile:
Excellent sales pitch at the start- if only their product delivered the same quality
Nachteile:
1) They charge you upfront before they onboard you2) After 5 months of onboarding they realize the product does not work out side of the USA- they know they signed a contract with a company outside of the USA3) They then refuse to refund you the money paid towards the onboarding.

It adds extra charged when switching a cabin to a different unit or changing dates it will multiply charges

Vorteile:
This is by far the most user friendly software out for the vacation Rental industry Very easy to learn and to use. Everything in one place from front desk, maintenance , housekeeping and Accounting. Best features are the messaging system for housekeeping and maintenance to inform them when a work order was created. Guest portal is a HUGE plus, with everything the guest needs for their stay. From directions, door codes plus many more
Nachteile:
Does not have the auto payment process for bundle credit card changes with one click, although they are working on getting this automated.
Updates keep setting us back
Kommentare: I haven't liked working with TRACK. We beta tested the program and then got our needs left behind(I feel)
Vorteile:
Ease of use...when it is working properly
Nachteile:
Every time there is an update something else goes down. Tape chart has been awful to use and this is our busiest time of year and really rely on the tape chart.
Pulse HR system is not ready to be on the market.
Kommentare: Pulse HR monitoring system is not anything I would recommend to anyone, it never connects, it was released too early, with too many glitches. It is more of a hassle then it is worth the time. I wish we would have kept the previous system to which we had no issues with. In conclusion yes they are cheaper but I would pay more to have a system which connects and is more accurate.
We love the Track Team and Products
Kommentare: We are more efficient in our work flow from all areas including: office operations, online booking and marketing, housekeeping, and maintenance.
