Kommentare: Without even needing to show up at the office, now with EVA-SSESS we are able to assess a large number of applicants. The process is now much faster and easier. We have no regrets! EVA-SSESS is the real deal!

As a business operating in the Middle East, we were always looking for a reliable Video Assessment tool that supports Arabic language. Until we gladly found EVA-SSESS, it enabled us to perform tons and tons assessments in Arabic and we were really impressed with the results.

Eva-ssess exceeded my expectations with it’s user friendly interface and seamless capabilities. We are able to assess hundreds of shortlisted candidates with a couple of clicks.It’s a great tool that we are also using to assess our internal employees to detect gaps and plan the training accordingly

No cons so far, yet I would suggest having the personality report generated in Arabic

Cultural fit

Vorteile:

With EVA-SSESS, i dont have to worry about cultural or skills fit anymore. This tool has the very best psychometric report and scientifically validated. it demonstrate all the verbal cues that i have never been able to detect in a traditional interview.

Nachteile:

Honestly, nothing is missing. The tool doesn't let you even think twice. even the number of retakes the candidates can take to answer a question.
